I would not recommend it to anyone who takes pride and pleasure in producing the finish product. The cost for each DVD is quite high compared to the software. You will not be able to produce your own DVD. Upon receipt of your photos aVinci will produce the DVD for you.
What if I don't like their work. I want to do it. I can do this at a local CVS pharmacy. To generic. I did not want to send my pictures off to someone for them to make the DVD.
Its professional, personal and easy to make. What a great gift idea. I made one to try it and plan to make several for Christmas gifts.
Thank goodness I found the perfect Xmas gift for the grandparents this year. My hubby was amazed that I could do it by myself. I just saw that they also offer a Christmas version: aVinci Media SMG-51-0003 Polar Express DVD Kit I can't wait to see how this one turns out. I just made my first Photo DVD with pics of my kids. I LOVE IT. They love to see themselves on TV and watch their DVD over and over. The finished product is priceless and makes me tear up every time. It was so easy.
